When you contact us through our website's contact form or via WhatsApp/phone, information such as your name, company name, phone number and message content is processed solely to respond to your enquiry, assess wholesale order/price requests, and communicate with you.

Our contact form forwards your message directly to our WhatsApp line; the information you enter is not additionally stored in a database.

Personal data provided to us is not shared with third parties or organisations except where legally required, and is never sold or rented for marketing purposes.
